Biography
I was born in Cambridge in 1950, and left school without any qualifications or expectations. At the age of 39 I decided that there was more to life and began studying at the Peterborough Regional College. After 5 years part time study I gained four GCSEs and four A levels and went to Scarborough University College to study Painting, Ceramics and Art History. I graduated with a B.A.(Hons) in 1998. In the summer of 1998 I went to the Cyprus School of Art to continue my studies. It was in Cyprus that I realised that I wanted to paint more and make less in ceramic. Since that time I have worked as an art teacher, abstract artist and animal painter.
