My inspiration to do this study is because of my admiration of Joana Choumali's work, her photographs are stunning and capture so much detail and beauty. Her series called Hââbré, The Last Generation is one of my favourite that she has done, I fell in love with the story she was telling and what each individuals stories represented. Learning about a part of the culture that nowadays is often overlooked and is dying out was extremely inspiring.
