'Cardinal sin; pride or prejudice'

A painting of a modern version of one of the seven deadly sins. Playing on the word "pride" the artwork questions the idea of pride as a sin in the modern context of Gay Pride as against the persecution of LGBT people by some governments and societies around the world. This is one of a current series on the seven sins painted as current affairs provide the context. Already finished is another one on Anger.
